Our Funboards & Hybrids are a perfect surfboard for any surfer to have
in their collection. These boards are great for learning how to surf since they
provide the length, width and thickness that is needed for stability and
flotation. These surfboards are also great for someone who rides a longboard but
wants to move down to a surfboard that is a bit smaller and more maneuverable. A
funboard or hybrid surfboard is a nice mix between a longboard and shortboard.
They have all the characteristics of a longboard, but turn a bit looser and
respond more like a shortboard. We sell a lot of these boards to people who want
to learn on a surfboard that they can also grow into as they improve. Our
Hybrid surfboards are built so they work well for learning, but the shape is
also made for high performance surfing and turning !!! |
